At party-ribbon.com, we are committed to providing our clients superior quality merchandise with the highest level of customer service and assistance. We proudly stand by the quality of our products and our merchandise is rigorously inspected before shipment. However, in the unlikely even that our clients wish to return or exchange an item, our return policy is as follows:

Accepted Return Items:

  • Damaged goods.
  • Incorrect goods.
  • Full rolls and/or put-ups.
  • Unopened goods. 

Unaccepted Return Items:
  • Goods damaged by the client.
  • Personalized Ribbon after artwork approval by client.

  • Any cut or partially used merchandise or rolls/put-ups.

 

Exchange

Clients may exchange any purchased goods within 30 days of the invoice date. Purchased items intended for exchange must be in their original, unused condition. In the case of exchanges, clients may send the purchased goods back to party-ribbon.com and then place a new order. Personalized ribbon (satin or grosgrain) are not eligible for exchanges.

Customs duties and taxes

The shipping charges you pay to us do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. However we cannot guarantee that such charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

If you refuse to pay the customs and duties when your order arrives, the shipment will be treated as an abandoned order and credits will not be issued.
